The Right Stuff Lottery #70 Early Bird Draw (BC Gaming Event License 21719) was held Wednesday April 6, 2011 at 12:00 noon at the BC Association for Community Living, 227 Sixth Street, New Westminster, B.C. The winning tickets were drawn by volunteer Marcy Baldwin.

Rules of Play and Restrictions:
Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older. 1,200 tickets printed at $10 per ticket, 8,700 tickets printed at 3 for $20, 9,000 tickets printed at 9 for $50, 6,300 tickets printed at 21 for $100, 4,800 tickets printed at 48 for $200. Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia. Winners will be drawn from a ticket barrel containing all eligible tickets. The first ticket drawn will win the third prize, the second ticket drawn will win the second prize and the third ticket drawn will win the first prize. Winners will be notified by phone and/or by mail as to what they have won and where/how to claim their prizes. Winners consent to the release of their names by the licensee. The publication of the winners’ names will occur on the BCACL website (www.bcacl.org) and in the Province newspaper on April 20, 2011. Where the winner is under the age of 19, the licensee will deliver the prize to the Public Guardian and Trustee or to the individual’s legal guardian. Chances are 1 in 30,000(total tickets for sale) to win a grand prize. Total value of all prizes to be awarded is $55,250. Employees and Board Directors of BC Association for Community Living, as well as raffle volunteers, are ineligible to win prizes.
