Supports and Services

Residential Services: Five licensed community homes providing 24 hour staff support to encourage individuals to participate in household routines. Also includes a home-share service.

Community Development Program: Offers one-to-one and small group community recreation and social opportunities for individuals living within the community.

Community Support Program: Provides one-to-one supports for individuals living independently and semi-independently in a variety of home settings.

Family and Child/Youth Support Services: Supports families and child/youth with special needs one to one including support for behavioral challenges, life skill development and promotion of social skill development.

Supported Child Development program: Provides support and resources to ensure that children who require extra support are able to participate in community childcare programs of their families choice.

Respite Services: Provides screened and approved 24 hour caregivers to families in support of their adult or child with disabilities.

Bridge Training Services: Offers opportunities for further education, computer skills development and community access, with the goal to increase independence.

Supported Employment: Emphasizes job development and pre-employment skills by support in volunteer, work experience and employment in community settings.

Sandcastle Preschool: Offers opportunities for learning through exploration and discovery; positive social opportunities through facilitated play. Learning opportunities are developmentally appropriate, challenging and rewarding.

Family Support: Support to families regarding problem-solving, planning, networking, training and support.
