Individualized Family Services: Assists individuals and families to design services tailored to their unique needs.
Person-Centered Planning Supports: Trained personnel offers person-centered planning supports to individuals and their families to choose from a variety of planning tools to ensure the development of a comprehensive plan.
Specialized Consultation: Personnel with extensive education and training that are available for specialized training and consultation.
Support to Microboards: A small non-profit organization incorporated to serve on individuals and secure finding for services.
Training: Organizes regular and specialized training opportunities for employees and those individuals in community that are interested in attending.
Residential
Staff Residential Services: Developed according to the needs identified in the individual's personal plan and can address unique support requirements including those individuals who experience challenging and complex behaviour.
Home Sharing Services: For those seeking to live with individuals or families in the community.
Supported Independent Living: Provides support for those choosing to live independently through our Community Outreach & Support Services Program.
In-Home Personal Care Supports: Association will recruit, train and supervise in-home supports where requested by individuals and families.
Respite
Provide additional support, rest and renewal to the primary caregivers while Langley Association for Community Living (LACL) ensures a safe, enjoyable and meaningful experience for the child or adult.
Bridge House: A fully equipped and wheelchair accessible home in Langley, available for those individuals and families who require out of home respite but have been unsuccessful in finding a suitable caregiver within their own home.
