Supports and Services

Our agency provides residential supports in four different programs varying from very high needs to semi-independent.

Respite services are also provided at these residences.

Community Connections:  Program provides participants daily living and life skills support and training as well as volunteer, recreation and social opportunities to increase skills and promote commnuity participation.

Careers:  Provides individual job placement and job training assistance and a time limited follow up support services to find and maintain employment; offers group job club / developmental activities.
