Representation Agreements: matches people with advocates

Valhaven: a residential home and support service

Supporting People who have Brain injuries

One-on-One Support: contracted support for individuals

Support Circles: circles of friends around individuals

Supporting People who have Developmental Disabilities


Daytime Activities:
meaningful activities during daytime hours

Choices and Connections: providing leisure, recreation and social daytime activity

Community Living Program: supports adults who have developmental disabilities who are living in community

Family Support Network: a network of families meeting for retreats, picnics, support, problem solving
